Bu sayfa, Retro Tennis Online'ın ("oyun") hangi kişisel verileri neden işlediğini 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca anlatır.

Oyunda reklam, analiz ya da izleme aracı yok. Verilerin satılmaz.

NE İŞLİYORUZ, NEDEN

Oyunu ilk açtığında yaşın sorulur ve kısa bir bilgilendirme gösterilir; sonra sana kendiliğinden bir oyun hesabı açılır. Sunucumuzda şunlar işlenir:

Oyun hesabı: rastgele hesap kimliği, gizli anahtarının özeti (anahtarın kendisi yalnız telefonunda durur), kullanıcı adın, arkadaş kodun, hesabın açıldığı ve en son bağlandığın tarih, gördüğün bilgilendirmenin sürümü. Oyunu sana sunmak için; sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m. 5/2-c).
18 yaş beyanı: 18 yaşını geçtiğini beyan ettiğin ve tarihi; doğum tarihin saklanmaz. Oyunu yalnız yetişkinlere sunmak ve kanundaki yaş tedbirlerini uygulamak için; kanunda açıkça öngörülmesi ve hukuki yükümlülük (m. 5/2-a ve ç; 1 Kasım 2026'ya dek sözleşmenin ifası ve meşru menfaat, m. 5/2-c ve f).
Maç, puan ve ilerleme: maç kayıtların (rakip, skor, tarih, puan değişimi), puanın, seviyen, rozetlerin, istatistiklerin ve seçtiysen ülken. Sıralama ve ilerleme için; m. 5/2-c.
Arkadaşlık ve engel: arkadaş, arkadaşlık isteği ve engel listen. Arkadaşlık ve engelleme özellikleri için; m. 5/2-c.
Şikâyet ve yönetim kayıtları: şikâyetler (kim, kimi, hangi nedenle, o anki ad, tarih), şikâyet sonucu yasaklanan adlar ve yönetim işlemlerimizin kaydı (işlemin yapıldığı hesabın kimliğiyle). Oyunu kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için; meşru menfaat (m. 5/2-f).
Trafik kaydı: 5651 sayılı Kanun gereği bağlantıların ve oyundaki eylemlerin (ör. bağlanma, maça oturma, ad değiştirme, şikâyet) zamanı, IP adresi ve portu, hesap kimliğin ve o anki kullanıcı adın kaydedilir; kanunda açıkça öngörülmesi ve hukuki yükümlülük (m. 5/2-a ve ç).
Hesap açma sınırı: aynı yerden kısa sürede çok sayıda hesap açılmasını önleyen sayaç, IP adresini yalnız sunucunun belleğinde ve en çok bir saat tutar; meşru menfaat (m. 5/2-f).
Hata raporu: oyun çökerse ya da beklenmeyen bir hata olursa, hatayı düzeltebilmemiz için Türkiye'deki sunucumuza kimliksiz bir hata raporu gider: hatanın metni, oyunun sürümü, işletim sisteminin sürümü, cihazın türü ya da modeli ve ekran boyutu. Hesap kimliğin, kullanıcı adın ve cihaz kimliğin gönderilmez; IP adresin kaydedilmez (kötüye kullanıma karşı yalnız sunucunun belleğinde, en çok bir saat sayılır). 30 gün saklanır; meşru menfaat (m. 5/2-f).
Yazışmalar: bize e-postayla ya da postayla yazarsan (destek, KVKK başvurusu, yaş itirazı, veli bildirimi) adresin, yazdıysan adın ve mesajın. Sana cevap vermek ve başvurunu sonuçlandırmak için; destekte meşru menfaat (m. 5/2-f), başvuru ve itirazlarda hukuki yükümlülük ve bir hakkın kullanılması ya da korunması (m. 5/2-ç ve e). 3 yıl saklanır.

Veriler uygulama üzerinden, elektronik ortamda, otomatik olarak toplanır; yazışmalar senin gönderdiğin e-posta ya da mektupla gelir.

HERKESE GÖRÜNENLER

Kullanıcı adın, seçtiysen ülke kodun, seviyen, puanın, ligin ve sıralamadaki yerin diğer oyunculara görünür. Arkadaşların, çevrim içi olup olmadığını görür. Oyunun çalışması için (arkadaş listesi, sıralama, maç) rastgele hesap kimliğin de diğer oyuncuların uygulamasına gider. Kullanıcı adı olarak gerçek adını kullanmamanı öneririz.

KİMLERLE PAYLAŞILIR

Oyun sunucumuz Türkiye'dedir; veriler onu barındıran hizmet sağlayıcı tarafından yalnız bu hizmet için işlenir. Bize e-postayla yazarsan yazışman e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımız aracılığıyla işlenir; bu sağlayıcı yurt dışında olabilir. Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları ya da adli makamlar kanuna dayanarak isterse veriler yalnız istenen kapsamda paylaşılır (m. 8/2-a). Verilerin satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz.

TELEFONUNDA KALANLAR

Hesap kimliğin ve gizli anahtarın (telefonun güvenli deposunda)
Yaş sorusunun sonucu, gördüğün bilgilendirmenin sürümü ve hesabın yaş nedeniyle kapatıldıysa bunun işareti (oyun silinince gider)
Görünüm seçimin, ses ve müzik tercihin, "Nasıl oynanır" ekranını gördüğün bilgisi

Doğum ayın ve yılın yalnız o anda yaşını hesaplamak için kullanılır; telefonda da sunucuda da saklanmaz.

NE KADAR SAKLANIR

Hesabın ve ona bağlı veriler, hesabını silene dek tutulur. 12 ay hiç bağlanmadığın hesap kendiliğinden silinir. Hiç maçı, ilerlemesi, arkadaşı, isteği ve engeli olmayan boş bir hesap 30 gün bağlanılmazsa silinir.
Maç kayıtları 90 gün tutulur; puanın, seviyen, istatistiklerin ve rozetlerin hesabında kalır.
Yanıtlanmayan arkadaşlık istekleri 30 gün sonra silinir. Arkadaşlıklar ve engeller, sen kaldırana ya da hesap silinene dek kalır. Maç davetleri yalnız bellekte, 60 saniye durur.
Şikâyetler, yasaklanan adlar ve yönetim kayıtları 1 yıl tutulur. Yönetim kaydındaki hesap kimliği, hesap silinse de bu süre dolana dek kalır. Yasaklanan adlar kimseyle eşleştirilmez.
Yazışmalar 3 yıl tutulur.
Hata raporları 30 gün tutulur.
Trafik kayıtları 13 ay tutulur. Hesabını silsen de bu süre dolana dek kalır ve yalnız kanuni amaçla kullanılır.
Şifreli yedekler en çok 7 gün tutulur; silinen veriler en geç 7 gün içinde yedeklerden de düşer.
Süresi dolan veriler kendiliğinden silinir; ne zaman ne kadar silindiği, kişisel veri içermeyen bir kayda geçer.

HESABINI SİLME

Hesabını oyunun içinden hemen silebilirsin: Profil > Hesabımı sil. Hesabın, adın, arkadaş ve engel listen, maç kayıtların, rozetlerin, yaptığın ve hakkında yapılan şikâyetler o anda silinir. Oyun artık telefonunda değilse ya da hesabın yaş nedeniyle kapatıldıysa e-postayla ya da postayla silme isteyebilirsin; ayrıntılar hesap silme sayfasında. Trafik kayıtları ve yedekler yukarıdaki sürelerde kalır.

HAKLARIN

KVKK m. 11'deki hakların (bilgi isteme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve diğerleri) için retrotennisonline@gmail.com adresine e-postayla ya da yukarıdaki posta adresine yazabilirsin. Seni yalnız oyun hesabından tanıdığımız için kullanıcı adını ve arkadaş kodunu (Profil ekranında görünür) yaz; trafik kaydı istiyorsan o sırada kullandığın IP adresini ve günleri de. Kimlik fotokopisi istemeyiz. En geç 30 gün içinde yazılı olarak yanıtlarız. Yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin. Kanunen saklamak zorunda olduğumuz trafik kayıtları süresi dolmadan silinemez.

YAŞ SINIRI VE KÜÇÜKLERİN KORUNMASI

Retro Tennis Online 18 yaş ve üstü içindir; 15 yaşından küçükler dahil, 18 yaşından küçüklere hizmet sunulmaz. İlk açılışta doğum ayın ve yılın sorulur; doğum tarihin saklanmaz, sonuç telefonunda kalır ve hesabına yalnız 18 yaş beyanında bulunduğun ve bunun tarihi yazılır. 18 yaşından küçükse oyun kapalı kalır, hesap açılmaz.

18 yaşından küçük olduğundan şüphelenilen bir oyuncu, oyuncu kartındaki şikâyetten "Bu oyuncu 18 yaşından küçük olabilir" nedeniyle bildirilebilir. Bildirimi bir kişi inceler; gerekirse hesap kapatılır. Kapatılan hesap için 30 gün itiraz süresi vardır: itiraz sürerken hesap silinmez, süre itirazsız dolarsa hesap silinir.

18 yaşından küçüklere hizmet vermediğimiz için 15-17 yaşa ayrı bir hizmet ve ebeveyn kontrol araçları sunulmaz. Oyunda reklam yoktur.

Çocuğunun oyunu kullandığını düşünüyorsan retrotennisonline@gmail.com adresine yaz; biliyorsan kullanıcı adını ekle, inceleyip gerekli önlemi alırız. Yaş sorusuyla ya da bu nedenle hesabının kapatılmasıyla ilgili itirazını da aynı adrese yazabilirsin; başvurunu bir kişi inceler, ücretsizdir. Sonuca karşı Siber Güvenlik Başkanlığına şikâyet ve yargı yolu açıktır.

SUNUCU VE GÜVENLİK

Sunucumuz Türkiye'dedir. Bilgiler telefonunla sunucu arasında şifreli bağlantıyla taşınır. Kayıtlara yalnız veri sorumlusu erişir; yönetim işlemleri ve trafik kaydı aramaları da kayda geçer.

DEĞİŞİKLİKLER

Bu politika değişirse tarih güncellenir. Esaslı bir değişikliği önceden bu sayfada ve uygulamada duyururuz; uygulamadaki kısa bilgilendirme sana yeniden gösterilir.

This page explains which personal data Retro Tennis Online ("the game") processes and why, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for players in the European Union, the GDPR.

WHAT WE DO NOT ASK FOR

We do not ask for your email, phone number, real name, location, contacts, photos or advertising ID.
The game has no ads, analytics or tracking tools. Your data is not sold.

WHAT WE PROCESS AND WHY

When you first open the game, you are asked your age and shown a short notice; then a game account is created for you automatically. Our server processes:

Game account: a random account ID, a hash of your secret key (the key itself stays only on your phone), your username, your friend code, when the account was created and when you last connected, and the version of the notice you saw. To provide the game to you; necessary to provide the service (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
18+ declaration: that you declared you are 18 or over, and when; your date of birth is not stored. To offer the game to adults only and to apply the age measures required by law; required by law and legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-a and ç; until 1 November 2026, performance of the contract and legitimate interest, Art. 5/2-c and f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Matches, rating and progress: your match records (opponent, score, date, rating change), rating, level, badges, statistics and your country if you chose one. For rankings and progress (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Friends and blocks: your friend, friend request and block lists. For the friends and blocking features (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Reports and moderation records: reports (who reported whom, the reason, the name at that time, the date), names banned after reports and a record of our moderation actions (with the ID of the account concerned). To protect the game against abuse; legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Traffic log: as required by Turkish Law No. 5651, the time, IP address and port of connections and in-game actions (for example connecting, joining a match, changing name, reporting), your account ID and your username at that time are recorded; required by law and legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-a and ç; for players in the EU, our legitimate interest in complying with the law that applies to us, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Account creation limit: the counter that prevents many accounts being created from the same place in a short time keeps your IP address only in the server's memory and for at most one hour; legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Error reports: if the game crashes or hits an unexpected error, an anonymous error report is sent to our server in Türkiye so that we can fix the problem: the error text, the game version, the operating system version, the device type or model, and the screen size. Your account ID, username and device ID are not sent, and your IP address is not stored (it is only counted in the server's memory, for at most one hour, to prevent abuse). Kept for 30 days; legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Correspondence: if you write to us by email or post (support, data protection requests, age appeals, parent notices), your address, your name if you give it, and your message. To answer you and handle your request; for support, legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); for requests and appeals, legal obligation and the establishment, exercise or defence of a right (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç and e; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)). Kept for 3 years.

Data is collected automatically and electronically through the app; correspondence arrives in the email or letter you send.

VISIBLE TO EVERYONE

Your username, your country code if you chose one, your level, rating, league and ranking position are visible to other players. Your friends can see whether you are online. For the game to work (friends list, rankings, matches), your random account ID is also sent to other players' apps. We recommend that you do not use your real name as your username.

WHO RECEIVES THE DATA

Our game server is in Türkiye; data is processed by the provider hosting it, only to provide this service. If you email us, your correspondence is processed through our email provider, which may be outside Türkiye. Data is disclosed to authorised public bodies or judicial authorities only when the law requires it, and only to the extent requested (KVKK Art. 8/2-a). Your data is not sold or used for advertising.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Your account ID and secret key (in the phone's secure storage)
The result of the age question, the version of the notice you saw and, if your account was closed for age reasons, a note of that (removed when the game is deleted)
Your chosen looks, sound and music preferences, and whether you have seen the "How to play" screen

Your month and year of birth are used only at that moment to work out your age; they are stored neither on your phone nor on our server.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Your account and the data linked to it are kept until you delete your account. An account that has not connected for 12 months is deleted automatically. An empty account with no matches, progress, friends, requests or blocks is deleted if it has not connected for 30 days.
Match records are kept for 90 days; your rating, level, statistics and badges stay on your account.
Unanswered friend requests are deleted after 30 days. Friendships and blocks stay until you remove them or the account is deleted. Match invitations exist only in memory, for 60 seconds.
Reports, banned names and moderation records are kept for 1 year. The account ID in a moderation record stays for that period even if the account is deleted. Banned names are not linked to anyone.
Correspondence is kept for 3 years.
Error reports are kept for 30 days.
Traffic logs are kept for 13 months. They stay for that period even if you delete your account, and are used only for legal purposes.
Encrypted backups are kept for at most 7 days; deleted data is gone from the backups within 7 days at the latest.
Data whose period has ended is deleted automatically; when and how much was deleted is written to a record that contains no personal data.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your account right away inside the game: Profile > Delete my account. Your account, name, friend and block lists, match records, badges, and reports you made and reports made about you are deleted immediately. If the game is no longer on your phone, or your account was closed for age reasons, you can request deletion by email or by post; details are on the account deletion page. Traffic logs and backups stay for the periods above.

YOUR RIGHTS

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK or Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, correction, erasure, objection and others), write to retrotennisonline@gmail.com or to the postal address above. Since we know you only by your game account, include your username and your friend code (shown on the Profile screen); if you ask for traffic logs, also the IP address you used and the days. We do not ask for a copy of your ID. We reply in writing within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, in the EU, with your national data protection authority. Traffic logs that the law requires us to keep cannot be erased before their retention period ends.

AGE LIMIT AND PROTECTION OF MINORS

Retro Tennis Online is for people aged 18 and over; it is not offered to anyone under 18, including children under 15. When the game is first opened, you are asked for your month and year of birth; your date of birth is not stored, the result stays on your phone and only the fact that you declared you are 18 or over, and when, is written to your account. If you are under 18, the game stays closed and no account is created.

A player suspected of being under 18 can be reported from the report option on their player card, with the reason "This player may be under 18". A person reviews the report; if needed, the account is closed. A closed account has 30 days to appeal: it is not deleted while an appeal is under review, and it is deleted if the period ends without an appeal.

Since the game is not offered to anyone under 18, there is no separate service or parental control for ages 15-17. The game shows no advertising.

If you believe your child is using the game, write to retrotennisonline@gmail.com; include the username if you know it, and we will look into it and take the necessary steps. If you believe the age question was wrong, or your account was closed for this reason, write to the same address; a person reviews your request, free of charge. You may also complain to the Turkish Cybersecurity Directorate or go to court.

SERVER AND SECURITY

Our server is in Türkiye. Information travels between your phone and the server over an encrypted connection. Only the data controller can access the records; moderation actions and traffic log searches are recorded too.

CHANGES

If this policy changes, the date is updated. We announce any significant change in advance on this page and in the app, and the short notice in the app is shown to you again.
