HESAP SİLME

Bu sayfa, Retro Tennis Online oyun hesabını ve ona bağlı bütün bilgileri nasıl sileceğini anlatır.

OYUNDAN SİL (HEMEN)

  1. Oyunu aç, ana menünün altında adına dokun.
  2. Profil ekranının en altında Hesabımı sil'e dokun.
  3. Sil ile onayla.

Hesabın o anda silinir. Oyun bundan sonra yeni ve boş bir hesapla açılır.

OYUN TELEFONUNDA DEĞİLSE

retrotennisonline@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder.

  • Kullanıcı adını ve arkadaş kodunu yaz (arkadaş kodu Profil ekranında görünür). Arkadaş kodunu bilmiyorsan son maçının yaklaşık zamanını ve rakibinin adını yaz.
  • Hesabı en geç 30 gün içinde siler ve sana haber veririz.
  • Başkasının hesabının sildirilmesini önlemek için, yakın zamanda oynanmış bir hesapta son maçının yaklaşık zamanını ve rakibinin adını da sorabiliriz.
  • Posta ile de yazabilirsin: Musa AY, Yenimahalle Çamlık Sokak no:23 Boztepe/KIRŞEHİR
  • 12 ay hiç bağlanmadığın hesap kendiliğinden silinir.

HESABIN YAŞ NEDENİYLE KAPATILDIYSA

Kapatılan hesap oyunun içinden silinemez. Ana menüdeki e-posta adresine dokun (hesap kimliğin e-postaya kendiliğinden yazılır) ya da yukarıdaki adrese yaz ve hesabının silinmesini istediğini belirt; itirazdan vazgeçtiğini de yazarsan hesabı itiraz süresini beklemeden sileriz. İtiraz süresi itirazsız dolunca hesap zaten kendiliğinden silinir.

NELER BİR SÜRE KALIR

  • Trafik kayıtları (IP adresi, port, zaman, eylem türü, hesap kimliği ve o anki ad): 5651 sayılı Kanun gereği 13 ay saklanır, sonra kendiliğinden silinir; bu sürede yalnız kanuni amaçla kullanılır.
  • Gece yedekleri: Sunucu her gece verilerini şifreli olarak yedekler; yedekler en çok 7 gün tutulur. Silinen bilgilerin, en geç 7 gün içinde yedeklerden de tamamen silinir.
  • Silinen hesap kimliği: Bir yedekten geri dönülmesi gerekirse hesabın yeniden silinebilsin diye, adsız hesap kimliğin 8 gün tutulur.
  • Yasaklanmış adlar: Şikâyet sonucu yasaklanmış bir ad, aynı adın yeniden alınmasını önlemek için sade biçimde 1 yıl tutulur. Bu liste kimseyle eşleştirilmez.
  • Yönetim kayıtları: Hesabınla ilgili bir yönetim işlemi yapıldıysa (şikâyet incelemesi, e-postayla silme gibi), bu kayıtta hesap kimliğin 1 yıl kalır; adın yazılmaz.
  • Yazışmalar: Bize yazdıysan (silme isteği dahil) yazışman 3 yıl saklanır.

ACCOUNT DELETION

This page explains how to delete your Retro Tennis Online game account and all information linked to it.

DELETE IN THE GAME (INSTANT)

  1. Open the game and tap your name at the bottom of the main menu.
  2. At the bottom of the Profile screen, tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm with Delete.

Your account is deleted immediately. From then on the game opens with a new, empty account.

IF THE GAME IS NO LONGER ON YOUR PHONE

Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to retrotennisonline@gmail.com.

  • Include your username and your friend code (shown on the Profile screen). If you don't know your friend code, give the approximate time of your last match and your opponent's name.
  • We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
  • To prevent someone else's account from being deleted, for an account that was played recently we may also ask for the approximate time of your last match and your opponent's name.
  • You can also write to us by post: Musa AY, Yenimahalle Çamlık Sokak no:23 Boztepe/KIRŞEHİR, Türkiye
  • An account that has not connected for 12 months is deleted automatically.

IF YOUR ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED FOR AGE REASONS

A closed account cannot be deleted inside the game. Tap the email address on the main menu (your account ID is added to the email automatically) or write to the address above and say that you want your account deleted; if you also say that you withdraw your appeal, we delete it without waiting for the appeal period to end. If the appeal period ends without an appeal, the account is deleted automatically anyway.

WHAT IS DELETED

  • Your account ID and the hash of your sign-in key
  • When the account was created and when you last connected, the version of the notice you saw and your 18+ declaration
  • Your username and friend code
  • Your friend, friend request and block lists
  • Your match records, rating, level, badges and win streaks
  • Your country, if you chose one
  • Reports you made and reports made about you

WHAT STAYS FOR A WHILE

  • Traffic logs (IP address, port, time, type of action, account ID and the name at that time): kept for 13 months as required by Turkish Law No. 5651, then deleted automatically; during this period they are used only for legal purposes.
  • Nightly backups: The server backs up its data every night in encrypted form; backups are kept for at most 7 days. Your deleted information is fully gone from the backups within 7 days at the latest.
  • Deleted account ID: so that your account can be deleted again if a backup ever has to be restored, your account ID (without your name) is kept for 8 days.
  • Banned names: A name banned after reports is kept in a simplified form for 1 year to prevent the same name being taken again. This list is not linked to anyone.
  • Moderation records: If a moderation action concerned your account (such as reviewing a report or deleting by email), your account ID stays in that record for 1 year; your name is not written there.
  • Correspondence: If you wrote to us (including a deletion request), the correspondence is kept for 3 years.
